All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers such as Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, and PayPal. You must provide valid billing information. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access. Prices may include applicable taxes based on your region. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

6. Content Access and Usage

As a subscriber, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access and view Qausainflix content for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. All content remains the property of Qausainflix or its content partners. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All visual, audio, and written materials—such as shows, films, logos, software, and trademarks—on Qausainflix are protected under intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe upon or misuse any proprietary content. Commercial use is prohibited without explicit permission from Qausainflix or its licensors.

  • Violate copyright or engage in illegal streaming/distribution

Violations may result in suspension, legal consequences, or permanent account termination.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to access Qausainflix ceases immediately. We are not liable for any resulting damages or loss of access.

11. Limitation of Liability

Qausainflix and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or access, even if we have been advised of such risks. Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
