Qausainflix — Request for Account & Personal Data Deletion

At Qausainflix, we respect your privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable laws and legitimate legal or business requirements.

Qausainflix is operated by Qausain Group Ltd.

1. Request Deletion of Your Data

If you would like us to delete your Qausainflix account and associated personal information, you may submit a Data Deletion Request.

Your request may include the deletion of information associated with your account, such as:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Account/profile information

• Viewing history

• Watchlist and favourites

• Account preferences

• Other personal information associated with your Qausainflix account

2. How to Submit a Request

Use the subject:

Please include:

• Your full name

• Email address associated with your Qausainflix account

• Phone number associated with your account, if applicable

• A clear statement requesting deletion of your Qausainflix account and personal data

3. Identity Verification

For your protection, we may need to verify that the person making the request is the legitimate account holder.

We may ask you to provide reasonable information necessary to verify your identity or ownership of the account.

Never send your password, payment card PIN, OTP, security code, or full payment-card details in a data deletion request.

4. What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your request:

1. We will review the request.

2. We may verify your identity.

3. We will determine which information can be deleted.

4. Eligible personal information will be deleted or anonymised.

5. We will notify you when the request has been completed, subject to applicable law.

Deletion may take a reasonable period depending on the nature and complexity of the request.

5. Information We May Need to Retain

Deleting your account does not necessarily mean that every record can immediately be removed.

We may retain certain information where necessary or permitted by law, including information required for:

• Legal and regulatory compliance

• Tax and accounting obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Security investigations

• Dispute resolution

• Enforcement of agreements

• Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

• Maintaining required transaction records

6. Effect of Account Deletion

Once your account has been deleted:

• Your viewing history may no longer be available.

• Your watchlist and favourites may be removed.

• Your account preferences may be deleted.

• You may lose access to subscription-related account features.

• You may need to create a new account if you wish to use Qausainflix again.

Deleting an account does not automatically reverse a completed payment or create an entitlement to a refund.

Refunds are handled according to the applicable Qausainflix refund policy and applicable law.

7. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments made through third-party payment providers may be subject to the provider's own data-retention requirements and privacy policies.

Qausainflix may not be able to directly delete information that is independently retained by a third-party payment provider where that provider is legally responsible for the information.

Where appropriate, we may direct you to the relevant provider for requests concerning information held independently by that provider.

8. Alternative Privacy Requests

If you do not want to delete your entire Qausainflix account, you may contact us regarding other privacy requests, including where applicable:

• Access to your personal information;

• Correction of inaccurate information;

• Restriction of certain processing;

• Withdrawal of consent;

• Marketing communication preferences;

• Other privacy rights available under applicable law.
